I will make 2 hours gap between the two reservations, I think it is enough time to make decision.Well since you're 5 star and you use UC, you know of course that you'll get to the exit gate and there will be confusion if there are two reservations under your name. I have no idea what happens in that case. Maybe you can cancel one of them online before you take the car out, but I don't know how fast Hertz would update the data at the exit gate. Have you done this before? I'm curious how it works.

Hertz.co.uk gives the best rates booking from "Europe"
A sort of farewell present...
Using CDP 633306 and :PC 192021 an F Car costs you 294.39 USD.
Pre - pay online ;216.36 GBP
I never look at pre=pay rates .makes you less flexible.
No -show or changes cost you money.
But if you insist ; a B Car pre-pay rate is 204.20 GBP

I wonder how we keep seeing inquiries for doing the equivalent of the FL or AZ driveout or drivein, but out of season, and hence very high rates. Maybe we can put this as a sticky or FAQ somewhere?
In any case, you can get it down to $10/day if you leave FLL 2 months earlier. Are your plans flexible?

no as I'm flying in from South Africa and out to India and everything is built around the dates of a friend's wedding in ATL. 2 months is a lot of flexibility either way.
