Caesars Sold
I'm not holding out hope this helps comps. Hopefully the Wyndham to CET point transfers hang around

Like the Diamond match and the old 60K per year ( often upped late year to a total of 90 or even 120K) Wyndham to CET points transfers

We (my wife on the room at travel companion) get comped base rooms any day of the week in LV ( except Nobu) and suites up to Paris Sun - Thur.
So, yes, yes they can get stingier especially if the Wyndham to CET point transfer ended.
Up until 2024 we only had CET Diamond via the Wyndham CC match. We never came close to 15K TC. For 2025, the Caesars CC sent me an offer to spend $5K in 30 days to get Diamond back.
We earned Diamond in 2025 for 2026 as that $5K spend also got me 2500 TC, then I upgraded the credit card and got another 2500 TC.
Throughout the year we earned another 10K TC or so via 5X and 10X TC multipliers to barely cross 15K TC.
I bet mostly sports and VP. I spread my sports bets out according to what book has the best lines/odds and play most of my VP watching games, which is often at Circa of Westgate.
We are far from high rollers and get very nice comps.

(Pre-covid, I would usually go to LAS for March Madness where, in addition to sports betting, I would be betting horse racing throughout the day. The race and sports book at Bally's used to have pretty generous RC multipliers if you bet more than X on horses in a day. I also used to bet horses semi-regularly at Louisiana Downs when it was a CZR property)
I will assume though that your play is profitable enough that the Vegas properties want it. A change in corporate ownership shouldn't make your play suddenly less desirable so I don't see any direct reason why Fertita would want to kill your comps.
Outside of Vegas though, I feel that Caesars has already gutted the value of its program and benefits from it. That's what drove my can it get any worse line of thought.
(And certainly the 5X/10X TC multiplier days make it incredibly easy to earn Diamond. Case in point: I have spent exactly one extended weekend at a CZR property this year (Horseshoe SHV for March Madness) and have already made Diamond Plus. When everyone is elite, is anyone elite?)

I will admit to not being in Vegas in a while, but as someone whose gaming profile is pretty similar to yours - sports betting, some video poker, some live poker (essentially meaningless for RC/TC earn), I am shocked with the generous comps you are finding in Las Vegas.

We ( we play on the same card) have earned under 5K TC in 2026 and 2500 are from the credit card spend.
The only difference I can possibly see is normally we only go to Vegas and earn/spend in LV.
To get Diamond in 2025 for we did go to a 10x at a casino about 2 hours from us and may do that again this year, thus why I booked the free week at Paris while it's being offered.

Here is the 7 night stay I recently booked at Paris for next May Sunday to Sunday. We are staying 7 nights and I would rather be in the same room than a suite 5 nights and change rooms for the last 2
We ( we play on the same card) have earned under 5K TC in 2026 and 2500 are from the credit card spend.

That is an impressively long comped stay. Very nice! I may have to revisit where I bet the Breeders Cup (that Friday and Saturday are the March Madness and Super Bowl and World Cup all rolled into one for horseplayers). As mentioned above, the RC earn rate used to be very generous on horse racing bets placed at least one CZR-affiliated race and sports book in Vegas. Unfortunately, my understanding is that Bally's/Horseshoe Las Vegas shut down its big race and sports book and repurposed that for adult gaming (and by gaming I do not mean gambling!)

I should also add in that we usually get a few hundred taken off our room charges ( drinks at pool, spa, pool, dinners, etc) at the Diamond desk at checkout.
My wife plays VP and slots, but as you can see by our TC earned to date, nothing crazy.
Yes the Bally's book closed and is now an arcade, I believe it closed during the Horseshoe transition.
The new Paris book is pretty nice and easy comp drinks at the bar playing VP

I'm guessing you know this but TC ( tier credits) earn status. RC ( reward credits) are for comps.

I never went in the old Paris book as it kinda sucked and the bathrooms were just NASTY.
I BELIEVE this is the same location renovated.
It's in the back corner by the side door of Paris, it's on the street that has CVS on the LV BLVD corner.
It's also across from the newer Versailles tower escalators and the Eiffel Tower tour.
The bartender told me there are a lot of stolen phones and other crimes committed there as people can enter and exit the casino so fast.
He said the book has been robbed several times as well as the bar and that's why they close early and block off the area.
He told me if you are alone never leave anything on the bar unless it's in front of you and to cash out if using the bathroom, he said he will hold the seat but can't watch the machine so not to worry about the light system for comp drinks.
He said he know who is gambling and who isn't and is free to comp drinks as he wishes.
