You are correct about the Bally’s/Horseshoe Sportsbook. It’s just a small manned kiosk on the way to/from Paris (but still in the Horseshoe). If you want to watch the races in a “real” sports book, you will have to go to Paris. Of course you could always go to Caesars, Circa, Westgate, etc!
