As mentioned above, the RC earn rate used to be very generous on horse racing bets placed at least one CZR-affiliated race and sports book in Vegas. Unfortunately, my understanding is that Bally's/Horseshoe Las Vegas shut down its big race and sports book and repurposed that for adult gaming (and by gaming I do not mean gambling!)
I'm guessing you know this but TC ( tier credits) earn status. RC ( reward credits) are for comps.
I should also add in that we usually get a few hundred taken off our room charges ( drinks at pool, spa, pool, dinners,etc) at the Diamond desk at checkout.
My wife plays VP and slots, but as you can see by our TC earned to date, nothing crazy.
Yes the Bally's book closed and is now an arcade, I believe it closed during the Horseshoe transition.
The new Paris book is pretty nice and easy comp drinks at the bar playing VP
