Curious to find out. On a 4 hour delay in CUN. No meals, no Frontier staff. This is THE SHI***ST airline I have ever experienced in over 5 Million miles of flying. I don't understand how this airline could have ANY frequent flyers.

With respect to delays, maintaing low expectations and flexibility help. With what you save flying on Frontier/Spirit/Allegiant you can afford to spring for a lounge pass, meal, or even a flight on a different airline and still come out ahead. There are worse places to be stuck than in Cancun.
I'd also venture that you stand to get some compensation eventually (either when you board or via email following your flight) if the delay was controllable. It probably won't be a lot but consider what you paid for your flight and it should be reasonable.

Airlines in the US and Mexico have no requirements to give you any compensation for delays. Frontier doesn't give anything, but I haven't gotten anything from most other airlines as well. I think if you ask nicely a few will give you a small amount for food, but it's a token amount to keep people from posting what a horrible airline they are it seems.

Flights from Mexico actually do have delay compensation published:
More details are available here (in Spanish): https://www.profeco.gob.mx/politicas...html#grpChkBox

Delay
In the event of a delay in the departure hour indicated in the ticket for reasons
attributable to Frontier, the passenger will be indemnified and/or
compensated by Frontier according to the following criteria:
a) When the delay is of more than one hour and less than four hours, it will be
compensated pursuant to the compensation policies of Frontier.
Compensation policies include at least travel vouchers for flights on a later
date and/or meals and beverages as established by Frontier, and pursuant to
the competitiveness principle.
If the delay is more than two hours but less than four, the travel vouchers
included in the compensation policies will range from USD$25 to $150,
depending on the length of the delay.
b) If the delay is more than four hours, travel vouchers included in the
compensation policies will equal USD$200, and meals and beverages as
established by Frontier. The passenger will further be granted access to the
options and, as the case may be to the indemnification established by this
policy for flight cancellation, which responsibility is attributable to Frontier.
In all the cases, Frontier will give waiting passengers, where available at the
airport, access to phone calls and e-mail delivery.
Frontier will present and register every six months to the Ministry and the
Prosecutor's Office the compensation policies, which shall be public.
Passengers will have a response to their compensation requests within 10
calendar days.

I have gotten a food voucher, as well, but that was after an IDB when the flight was oversold. Those things never cover a full meal, anyway.
