Reservation Confirmation?
I made a reservation on Sunday, the charge still has not posted to my credit card, still no confirmation email. I also checked to see if my reservation showed when I logged into my Early Returns account, not there either.
Should I be worried, I would call but I don't have the patience for a 40+ minute wait time.

I made two reservations a few weeks ago.
One processed online, and I received the confirmation email immediately.
The other was having problems with credit card processing, and I had to phone. After about a week, I still had not received a confirmation.
I emailed, explaining the situation with the PNR. The confirmation was sent the next day, and the charges were authorizing on my credit card.
Save yourself the aggravation of using the phone and drop them an email.

I had one the other day never get past the charging/loading/wait screen. I waited about 5 minutes on it and ended up getting an email with my PNR and it shows up in my account. I have not seen it post to my card yet though, but another purchase from that day hasn't shown up yet either so I'm just guessing it is taking some time.

FYI. Most problems, complaints or the non-implementation of new technology for Frontier usually lies on the vendors.
