Are you talking about fixing the issue or getting a confirmation on you purchase? The issue lies in Sabre and is sporadic, it does not apply to everyone that's booked with MasterCard. And if anyone knows a company like Sabre it take a long time to get some things done.
FYI. Most problems, complaints or the non-implementation of new technology for Frontier usually lies on the vendors.
