You're not dense (at least not about this
); it's located in a very inconspicuous place. I first found it by accident.

Sooooo sick of Frontier's pathetically slow website and customer-service call center wait times... sixty minutes? Can't access my itineraries, can't find my reservations, etc. What am I supposed to do, wait at the counter? To check in and add my FF#?? I am sorry I went with them already.

The site is still horrible, though.

So glad that it helped you. Have you tried the "View Itinerary" tab on the homepage? It provides different links on Sabre's Virtually There that will allow you to view/print itinerary and receipt, as well as do OLCI.

Frontier was testing a new website a few months ago, so it is in the works. Unfortunately, it's taking longer than anticipated and customers are becoming more and more frustrated with the existing site; the quite long hold times, when calling in, certainly don't help.

So you have to use a separate (from Frontier Early Returns) login & account on Virtually There to manage your trips & OLCI? It is prompting me to create an account, which seems rather redundant.
Thanks for all the tips, BTW. I never use Frontier... I have all my rewards & miles with Delta, which is convenient for my location near DEN.
