To enter you must be a registered member of ESPN.com or one of our family of sites (ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, DisneyOnline.com,, EXPN.com, Family.com, Movies.com). Registration is free. If you are not a member, you may register by clicking on the link as indicated on the Sweepstakes entry page and following the instructions. You will be asked to provide your name, address, email address, birth date, telephone number, gender and select a password. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive his/her choice of one (1) of five (5) new Ford vehicles: A Mustang, Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP"): $24,995; a Super Duty, MSRP: $26,570; a Five Hundred, MSRP: $24,795; a Freestyle, MSRP: $26,995; and an Escape Hybrid, MSRP: $26,970. Vehicles subject to change by Ford Motor Company. Grand Prize winner may also select up to four (4) Designated Recipients (friends/relatives - must be persons with whom the Grand Prize winner has an existing personal relationship, and they must meet eligibility requirements stated under Rule #2) to each receive (subject to verification of eligibility) one (1) of the remaining four (4) Ford vehicles. Grand Prize winner/each Designated Recipient must provide proof of a valid U.S. driver's license and adequate automobile insurance prior to delivery of the vehicle(s). Limit one (1) Ford vehicle per Grand Prize winner/Designated Recipient. Each vehicle will include the manufacturer's standard limited warranty. Each vehicle will be delivered (one [1] to the Grand Prize winner and one [1] to each of the Designated Recipients) through a local dealer in the 50 United States or D.C. designated by Ford Motor Company. The Grand Prize winner and each of his/her four (4) Designated Recipients will also each win a year's supply of Amoco Ultimate Gasoline*. Only in states where BP or ARCO locations are not present will a cash equivalent prize be offered. A total of five (5) BP/ARCO Gift Cards will be awarded. *ARV of each BP/ARCO Gift Card $1,200. Total ARV of all BP/ARCO Gift Cards: $6,000.

Four (4) First Prize winners will each receive: A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) (First Prize winner and one [1] travel companion) to the 2005 FedEx Orange Bowl. Travel dates: 1/2/05-1/5/05 (subject to change by Sponsor). Prize consists of coach round-trip air transportation (via air carrier selected by Sponsor) from the major airport closest to the First Prize winner's residence (in the 50 United States/D.C. only) to a major airport in the vicinity of Miami, FL; three (3) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (two persons, one room/at a hotel selected by Sponsor); destination airport/hotel transfers; $250 spending money (for the winner only): hotel welcome gifts (TBD by Sponsor); Ford branded apparel (TBD by Sponsor); one (1) hosted dinner; and two (2) tickets to the 2005 FedEx Orange Bowl.
