ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the U.S., who are licensed drivers, 18 years of age or older. Employees (and the immediate families [spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses] and members of the same household of such employees) of General Motors Corporation and Universal Television Networks (collectively referred to as Sponsors), their respective divisions, affiliates, dealers, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the sweepstakes: 1) INTERNET - Complete the online sweepstakes entry form at www.pontiac.com/thelastride (the Website) and submit as directed prior to 11:59 pm ET on 1/31/05; or 2) MAIL Mail a 3x5 paper on which you have hand printed your name, address, daytime phone, date of birth and the words The Last Ride DVD to: The Last Ride DVD Sweepstakes, PO Box 43, Byron, MI 48418. Mail entries must be postmarked by 1/31/05 and received by 2/5/05. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Limit of one entry per person or email address, regardless of the method of entry.
One (1) Grand Prize 2005 Pontiac GTO (Vehicle ARV $33,000) and a 4-day trip for two to visit the set of the filming of a future USA Network movie in which the winner will appear in a walk-on role. Date and location of the filming and prize trip to be determined by Universal Television Networks. Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winners residence to the city where the filming will take place, three nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), local ground transportation (within arrival city to and from airport, hotel and shoot location) and $200 (Trip ARV $8,000). Total ARV of Grand Prize $41,000; Fifty (50) First Prizes The Last Ride DVD (ARV $20).
