my experience over the last four weeks, fewer than 50% of the time Ive been asked in a restaurant, caf etc. 100% of the time in a museum or gallery.

I'm in the French Alps just now and the pass sanitaire is still being asked for in restaurants, however current status is that from 14 March, it (and masks) will no longer be required for most venues - meaning bars, restaurants etc. Vaccine pass will still be needed to access medical centres and care homes and mask wearing will still be required on public transport for now.
