Private Car with Guide - Suggestions?

I will be in France at the Sofitel La Défense next week and my travel agent messed up our sightseeing plans.

I have an infant with me and would prefer sightseeing in a private car. Does anyone have ANY SUGGESTIONS on a private car company that offers sightseeing? I need them for the whole day.
