As for this possible DO, my thoughts go along these lines. Because a weekend during Summer might be preferred, just the weekdays are stated.
Fri: Meeting at HEL, landside, for example at the conference centre.
We could arrange with Finnair for someone to escort the DO group to the ViaHelsinki Lounge & Spa for sauna and spa'ing and some snacks and drinks. Or then a similar session at the Flamingo spa close to the terminal.
A visit to the sauna just can't be left out in Finland.
Then downtime, transfer to hotels etc. until early evening.
If there are enough participants, I think best would be to have a dinner cruise around Helsinki and the surrounding archipelago. Or then to visit one of the summer restaurants on the Islands
Sat: to be decided
Sun: Brunch at one of the restaurants in Flamingo. Tour of the HEL Finnair facilities and entrance to the lounge and spa pre-return flight for all DO participants.
