Finavia states on their website that anyone is allowed to visit the lounge, even without a boarding pass. "Maksullisia loungepalveluita voivat käyttää saapuvien tai lähtevien matkustajien lisäksi kaikki lentoasemalla vierailevat, myös ilman ennakkovarausta."

I have a feeling we need more feedback from users experiences to see if a BP is or is not needed. But 5€bp will get you access to alot more then 3hrs at PP time will show, I am fairly certain a BP will be needed in the long run

Where Amex foots the bill, eventually Amex will come around to driving the lounge to ask for a boarding pass along with the applicable Amex when the lounge visitor is using the Amex card for "complimentary" access to a lounge.

Do they "partner" with euro cash and coins too, or is it a "cash-free" business?
That's not really a partnership as much as it is having contracted to have the means for accepting various forms of payment where the charges directly hit the account/holdings of the retail customer attempting to visit the lounge.
