AFAIK, all alliances have the same rule that the flight must be both marketed and operated by a member or affiliate to be eligible for credit and flyer benefits, regardless of what each alliance considers as basis for mileage rates.

You might get Oneworld credit for an Oneworld-marketed flight operated by a third party. (I vaguely recall that someone got AA-on-AS to credit on AY+.) But that is entirely up to the marketing carrier.

(Technically, this opens for a OW flight operated by a Star carrier to credit to both programs, perhaps even simultaneous, but general advice is to stay away from these hybrid codeshares. For one, You can't even know what fare class the operating carrier think this is)
Remember that a OW codeshare flight operated by an non-OW carrier does not
credit anything to AY.

For example an QF codeshare operated by JQ (JetStar) does not credit anything to AY.

FFP T&C
Finnair Plus rules: clause 3.10
Points are also granted for the flights of any partner airlines provided that the carrier code of the partner appears on the ticket as CARRIER and the flight is made on an aircraft of the partner. Points collected from partners do not count toward different Finnair Plus tiers, unless stated otherwise.
So:
Any-OW marketed and any operated flight - you get the points (award+status)
AY marketed and anyone opertated - you get the points (award+status)
OW marketed and non-OW operated flight - no points
AY partner (Non-OW) flights - award points, but not status points

This is how this have been interpreted by AY.

And in the T&C it is says:
1.1
Finnair Oyj (hereinafter Finnair) reserves the right to alter and interpret all rules concerning the Finnair Plus program. All decisions made by Finnair are binding in each individual case.

A standard term like that isn't really enforceable. It's manifestly unjust and is likely to be set aside if a dispute were to arise.

So did anyone try to credit AY-marketed flight operated by AF, OK, SU, TP or FI into a program other than AY+?

I recall reading that AA operated by AS does bring credit to AY+, altough this is not in T&C. Presumably other AA codeshares too?

(This matter should perhaps be split to a different topic, because it's really not what my original questions were about.)
