(Technically, this opens for a OW flight operated by a Star carrier to credit to both programs, perhaps even simultaneous, but general advice is to stay away from these hybrid codeshares. For one, You can't even know what fare class the operating carrier think this is)
Remember that a OW codeshare flight operated by an non-OW carrier does not
credit anything to AY.
For example an QF codeshare operated by JQ (JetStar) does not credit anything to AY.
FFP T&C
Finnair Plus rules: clause 3.10
Points are also granted for the flights of any partner airlines provided that the carrier code of the partner appears on the ticket as ‘CARRIER’ and the flight is made on an aircraft of the partner. Points collected from partners do not count toward different Finnair Plus tiers, unless stated otherwise.
So:
Any-OW marketed and any operated flight - you get the points (award+status)
AY marketed and anyone opertated - you get the points (award+status)
OW marketed and non-OW operated flight - no points
AY partner (Non-OW) flights - award points, but not status points
This is how this have been interpreted by AY.
And in the T&C it is says:
1.1
Finnair Oyj (hereinafter ‘Finnair’) reserves the right to alter and interpret all rules concerning the Finnair Plus program. All decisions made by Finnair are binding in each individual case.
