AFAIK, all alliances have the same rule that the flight must be both marketed and operated by a member or affiliate to be eligible for credit and flyer benefits, regardless of what each alliance considers as basis for mileage rates.

You might get Oneworld credit for an Oneworld-marketed flight operated by a third party. (I vaguely recall that someone got AA-on-AS to credit on AY+.) But that is entirely up to the marketing carrier.
