In any case, SIN-KUL is a 45min hop and there is no shortage of capacity. MH is a oW partner. Even AirAsia have reduced frequency over recent years...
SIN-CGK also has lots of capacity - why would AY need to do this on their own metal? ok, AF and TK might do this, but not entirely convinced there's much traffic between Finland and Indo. Is there?

There is a cargo base at BRU as well.
I'm not too familiar with SE Asia, but now that I think about it, you're probably right. The demand probably wouldn't be there. I guess fifth-freedom routes from AY again are just a pipe-dream still.
