A demotion from BA to P2B? Or was this always P2B? I can't recall.
It was always that way, to the best of my knowledge.

Weblogs from Prior2Boarding take turns getting featured on the front page of BoardingArea.

There's taking advantage of loopholes, and then there's promoting outright fraud. Yes, the line between the two is sometimes murky, but this is an egregious example of the latter.

I don't know anything about The Forward Cabin (I've never even heard of it before), but this action makes the blogger appear to lack any semblance of ethical standards.

Absolutely correct! It seems like more and more bloggers are willing to advocate for outright fraud now.

Fortunately, the page is now showing a 404 error

I hear through the grapevine that it has not been booted from Boarding Area for blatant plagiarism, it has only received a 1-week suspension from the Boarding Area main page for a poor reaction to being caught out at blatant plagiarism. Hence the retention of the .boardingarea.com url.

I've also learned that this is not the first time Forward Cabin has been accused of blatant plagiarism.

It's the wild west out there, people. There are no rules. Don't forget to strap on your six-shooter!

I hated to be a narc, but that was just un-freaking-believable.

I don't think you have anything to be sorry for koko. I'm personally all for following the letter of the rules (ignoring the spirit of said rules) but putting that sort of information out there encourages something very different IMO.

Why do you care so much that some corporate codes are made public?

It's all "fun & games" until someone asks for your corporate ID when you check in. (yes, they do that with the Marriott Brands in Amsterdam....)

I'm sure the other BA bloggers, who would see a further drop in ad income if Starwood decided to block it from their advertising - either directly or via networks like Adsense - would have an opinion.

Seriously?

See, that's what's wrong with 'travel hacking' vs. 'FlyerTalking.'

Do you try to print up your own coupons to use at the grocery store?

There is a line. Lying and fraud are over that line.

<shaking head slowly>

FWIW, my wife is legitimately allowed to use a few corporate codes. More and more often she is required to present corporate ID at check-in.
