It seems you just crossed the magic 90 post barrier set for wiki. Perhaps you need to log in/out for it to be active.

Thanks for the heads up! Done!

Also Oliver, your exchange with him on that thread is hilarious.

Apparently he doesn't take it well when you needed 3 seconds to correct what "he" spent 80 hours researching

(to make no mention of the other dozen posts he didn't take well)

History shows that the cover up is usually far more damaging than the underlying misdeed. @:-)

Really what difference does it make ? As long as the information is factual and useful, all you all are just having fun at bashing someone !

Normally, you're absolutely right. Who cares who wrote it, and if he hires someone to do it and part of the deal is he posts it on his own, then fine.

But in this case, he went out of his way to claim how many dozens of hours HE spent researching, and how those very hours made HIM worthy of receiving a reader's referral click. THAT, imo, is extremely disingenuous (to put it nicely).

It makes a difference, because if Darius wasn't the person who wrote it, I can probably find a dozen different instances in the posts and comments which are not "factual"

It also makes a difference because there are people who clicked on the link thinking HE spent 80 hours of research prepping it.

I'm in POS so not keeping up with blogs. Was a definitive response to the question of the actual authorship of the series ever provided?

There is a word for when one takes credit for the work of others. Trying to think of what that word is....
