Upgrade using miles
Booking an upgradable Premium Economy ticket JFK>TPE> MNL, when I can I apply for the upgrade? Can I do it immediately after booking if there is upgrade space available, "I" or "Z", or must I wait until 24 hours before the flight? Thank you in advance.
