SIM For Belgium
I will be in Belgium for 2 days, and would like advice on getting a SIM that will at the least, allow me to call other Belgian numbers, but hopefully also USA and Israel. I have an unlocked GSM Android already. I did Google searches, and tons of things came up, but a lot of them are unclear. Do I need to buy a SIM or can I rent one? Anything that will get me the SIM in the USA before I get to Belgium? If I rent, can they deliver in advance and let me return from Israel of from the airport?
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance

Go to one of the mobile stores, such as Mobistar, Proximus, Base, or one of the phone shops.
Buy a prepaid SIM and keep it or throw it away when you don't need it anymore
There's no reason anyone would buy it from you.

It could still come out cheaper.
Also, if your conf. calls are hosted by a specialist provider (Choruscall, etc, etc, etc) or if are hosted by a multinational corp, do check to see if they have a local access number in Belgium, etc.

If truely long, but in defined periods, don't discount hotel wifi + skype, etc.

I always call the US from Israel for free via Google.

When calling over WiFi, cheapest way is actually Google. When logged into Gmail, all you have to do is "call phone" and set your location to USA, and all calls to the US are free I don't know why that's possible, as it should automatically check your location based on IP, but it doesn't.

There are many voip providers though, should have said VoIP not skype, but that frequently seems to result in people not understanding what you are talking about.

If you're planning on having long conference calls, don't bother buying a pre-paid SIM from Mobistar, Proximus or Base, the only thing they're good for is sending millions of texts to Belgian numbers. For all other uses, you'll be financially raped.
Skype or any other VOIP service is the way to go in my opinion.

So I'm in agreement about not buying SIMs!
