Recent success on an HM booking in Business class one-way AUH-SEZ ~25,000 miles + $24 USD in tax per person. Called the UK line and got a VERY competent agent.

Just booked BKK-MCT business class on Oman Air. Called the US number, not sure what call center I ended up in but the entire conversation and transaction was very smooth and much easier than I expected reading some of the other reports. 34K miles + $155USD and all in ~15 minutes.
Did you book 1-way?
I called and was told Oman Air must be return flights, even though the charts listed 1-way values.
