Do emirates and Turkish airlines have baggage transfer agreement between them?

Do emirates and Turkish airlines have baggage transfer agreement between them?
im traveling from RIX-DOH-CMB on 2 separate tickets.RIX-DOH on Turkish airlines,and DOH-CMB on emirates airlines.can my baggage be transferred directly from RIX to CMB?does these two airlines have baggage agreements between them?thank you for your time.

I'm willing to bet they have an interline agreement, but not sure if it still works on two separate tickets.
Both Emirates and Turkish Airlines have their own dedicated forum, but since cross posting is frowned upon on FT I chose the Emirates forum to move your thread to because on a brief glance it appears a little busier.
