Just remembered another one....
On the DXB-SYD leg in F, the FA knocked a glass of wine over me. If this had happened in Y, then obviously it wouldn't have mattered. But as I was in F, surely the FA's are trained better not to be clumsy?
It was *so* embarrassing having to go to the loo with a big wet patch on my F PJ's. This must be worth at least a free F ticket from MAN-AKL, plus 100K miles for the inconvenience. If not, I'll write to MP and get Emirates banned flying into the UK.
Cheers,
Rick

Seriously though, I think you are being very petty about such a small trivial matter, maybe if it annonyed you that much I would metion it to the purser but to actually write a letter.

Hi there,
is the customer service still/really that bad ?
What is the best way/contact to forward a complaint to EK ?
Please don't tell me it's my local EK office, as that is partly involved in the complaint.
Cheers

The best way to get in contact with them is to call. Don't bother emailing them.
Im in New Zealand and recently they actually replied to their local emails (eknewzealand@em) but the other ones were useless. When i ring about skywards, emirates tell me to ring skywards, when i ring skywards they say you need to ring emirates and back and forth - its really annoying. Makes you just want to hang up!
