Previously on the jnb route thee 777s used were mainly of the EG and EN series but recently jnb has bee getting the EB series quite often especially Ebq EBR EBs with the old entertainment system.
also to note since the EP series has been delivered JNB has only got the EP series on 1 flight.
also Harare Lusaka get the EP series regularly

While I also "patterns" (old frames to CPT/India) I also sometimes find exceptions, and let's not forget Confirmation bias, it's the same as being in the queue in the supermarket and one always notices when one's queue is the slowest, but rarely when it is faster, and thus feels like it is always the slowest queue.
Of course there may well be exceptions, my sample is only the last 30 days...
