Is there any chance they are going to update the toilets in 777 F? For me this would be much more important than individually temperature controlled cabin and even more privacy.

Oh yes, the place you spend 5 minutes per flight is far more important to where you spend the rest of the 15 hours

What are you expecting? A gold throne? Tiled floor? Hand lotion?

To be blunt, that is really only difficult if you are quite overweight or 190cm+...
