Berlin ITB EK Hype

2 days until we see the new F class - what do we think is coming?

It surely has to be a little more like the EY model?

I read on here something about train compartment style.

I can't imagine EK reducing seat numbers too much in F given their financial situation, perhaps a more private suite (higher walls?) and perhaps a different seat orientation (some kind of staggered setup where the bed is perpendicular to direction of travel like on EY? I could imagine a small reduction in seat numbers, but not by half.

Has it been confirmed that we will be seeing the new F product at ITB Berlin?

They shouldn't meddle with F. It's perfectly fine, and better than most other airlines.

It's J they should be looking at, at least on the 777.

We had a very comfortable 11.5 hour flight back from HND last night on a 77w.

Today is dragging though but the 5 hour time difference isn't EKs fault!

So...? The previous reference to 777 was regarding J..

walled off rooms sounds interesting, basically EY apartments with higher walls

DYKWIA said F is fine on the 77w and my comment was that I agree as we had a nice flight.
