Well that's us told. Do you really believe that positive feedback about an airline's wine list on FT would lead to the airline pulling it? The airline executives know how much the wines have cost them and certainly know how much yield the 'free' miles have earnt them. As for your assertions that we can all afford to buy the wines if we fly F, the fact is that certain wines EK have are exclusive to them as they take up the whole stock of an interesting small producer. Some of us enjoy these discoveries and enjoy discussing them - the more so because they may be unobtainable in our home markets.

Any updates? Have 2 EK sectors next month but sounds like this is nearly gone...

Drank one on LAX-DXB, and saw one on display in F's bar area (DXB-BKK) few days ago. Hope luck will fall on your side during your F journey :)

It's pure pot luck. I was on two brand new a380s which you are guaranteed to get from lax to Dxb. Let us know what you get.

I've had that, but they didn't ask us, just brought it down from the front and gave it to the bar attendant without informing us they were going to.

It is nice when they pour it at the bar, but an ice bucket and bottle in my suite is preferred (if it is offered that way):)
