Is my statement wrong?
Very confused.
Had a flight in First at a FLEX fare from Europe to Middle East. Before the flight the dashboard said that I was going to earn 8,750 tier miles. Also the mileage calculator confirms that I should earn 8,750 tier miles for this flight.
However my statement shows that I only earned 3,500 tier miles. But I have the impression that the total is correct.
I have the same issue with all other flights. Not showing correct amounts credited.
Is there a bug? Or am I not reading this the way I should?

This issue seems to have been fixed now as all my bonuses have reappeared - needless to say I never got a reply to my email but don't need one now.

5 day (and counting) delay in posting miles?
I'll add on to this thread rather than starting a new one.
I flew SYD-DXB-GVA last Saturday. EK flight numbers, EK metal, EK Skywards number on BP.
Prior to the flight, in "Manage a booking" I could see the miles that would accrue, and I double-checked that my EK number was attached to the booking. Curiously, the booking didn't show up in relation to "My dashboard" (I thought it did last time) but only if I went to "Manage a booking" and put in the booking reference.
On "My dashboard" I needed a few thousand tier miles to reach Silver. And I was hoping to have Silver before I fly home next week.
But 5 days later there's no sign of the miles. I tried to use the online claim form but it doesn't recognize my ticket number.
Shouldn't the miles be posted by now, or is it after the entire trip is completed (eg, when I get home)? Is the fact that it can't recognize my ticket number ominous?
I can, of course, call a local office to try to find out but would welcome advice here first.

Thanks for the advice. I rang the Swiss office and they fixed it. They said my Skywards number wasn't linked to my booking, which is odd because (a) I'd added it under "Manage a booking" right after the ticket was issued and every time I went back it was still there and (b) it was printed on the top of my BP. But it's all good now, and my return flight shows up against my profile.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
