hi Vieri_c
In EK all 777 pilots fly all the different 777 variants including the 777F.
777F is popular among the pilots Ive only been able to get 1 trip to HKG since we started flying them. Its quite different to flying pax and CC around. No waiting for late pax no worrying about seat belt sign if there is turbulence. And best of all when you reach your destination you can walk off within 5 minutes of setting the parking brake.
Regards 777pilot

It is odd that most pilots flying freight want to get to pax operations. Of course most freight pilots are flying Caravans.
It just goes to show that equipment does make a big difference.
I know a couple 777F pilots. They both share your sentiments. Thanks for sharing with us.

I have only been on 340-600's (of SAA amongst others) but the difference between that and any 777 is stark so I imagine the 500 is the same. Don't even start on comparing with the mighty 380!

kewl stuff being able to fly all the different versions, since EK flys essentially all the 777 variants! Are the handling characteristics quite different between the versions?
