News from Japan says Emirates is looking at possibility to increase NRT to Daily before switching to A380.

I think they should fly A380 first then Daily unless Japan grants EK extra flights under temporary basis.

panama and the uae signed an open ASA in panama city on the 15th of november lets hope emirates is thinking of flying there!!!

I doubt that they would start a new destination (ALG) with such little notice, it doesn't make any sense because the flights will have to go empty, people wont have had chance to book it. Tried to do dummy bookings for ALG anyway early in Jan but there are no direct flights available so not looking like its going to happen just yet.

Good to hear, mate. Lets hope Japanese government will be approved to brings EK into NRT. I think these routes has been very successful. If they will increased more slots restrictions without an the authority. If they have consider to brings A380 into NRT instead of going to HND. This is right time for EK to brings A380.

That's not an issue on the United States side of things since, among long-haul international airports, only Newark and JFK have slots. Chicago, LAX, SFO, Miami, Houston, etc. do not.

Ok, thanks for the clarification.

I cannot disclose the 2011/12 operating plan destination line up but you won't be disappointed ;) Not all the destinations on your list will happen though as there are a few others.

That doesn't stop other Gulf carriers and few European carriers flying to Iraq.

There's Absolutely NO NEED to keep bringing up HND because UAE carriers is NOT ALLOWED to fly to Haneda until Japan decides to grant extra bilateral authority or start new talk with UAE.

EK double daily with A380 to JFK

Now that EK has 7 ULR A380s , rumor has it that EK might take over 203 , to bring their A380 to double daily to New York ! And with 14 soon to be 15 fat whales on hand, still waiting for new destinations to be announced, besides PVG and double JED in january what else is new ?
