I and my wife flew from MAA to PEK through DXB and enjoyed two nights at the ARMANI on the way out and one night at Le Meridien at DXB on the way in. The entire trip was a delight and A380 service was outstanding in both directions. Out total fare for two was $3800 utilizing the 50% companion fare.
The only complaints are the poor quality of the PEK lounge and no Limo at PEK.
The Armani experience included complimentary ticket to top of the Burj el Arab the tallest building in the world. Armani gave us a three room suite with two bath rooms and complimentary breakfast. Armani experience alone would have cost us over $ 3000 at current rates.

The Burj Al Arab is not even the tallest building in Dubai. Did you mean the Burj Khalifa?

Let us hope you are luckier than the other A380 PAX stuck at Manchester after their incoming had a heavy landing and was taken out of service.
ps. Did your finger stick or were you SHOUTING in excitement of your flight in 5 months time.
Personally imop text speak is better used for mobiles.I also find the edit button is very very useful, but I am an old fashioned old f$$t.
LOL

How can I use miles to fly the A380 in F on Emirates - granted I only have nearly 400K in AA miles but I also have the KVS tool I just dont know how to search for award seats.

Fare bracket for F class in A380 is 'P' and 'A' so i would assume 'A' for reward seats

Not quite - "A" is for Flex Awards and "Z" is for Saver Awards and Upgrades.

"A" doubles as discount/excursion (not necessarily a saver fare though) First and Flex awards.

Have not checked all the replies but i would suggest not using the bar in the F cabin. It is standing room only and situated at the top of the stairs of the economy cabin. The J cabin bar has more of a buzz and i would rather use this bar. I am sure they will have Le Fou Pinot Noir on the wine list in F. Welll worth have a glass or two or even three.
