matmid question

I booked for aug. 4 bus. class seats for my family the flights are on a 747 on the return i was able to get all seats in upper class on the inbound i was only able to get seats on the upper class. as we get closer to the flying date does el al open up more more reward seats were i will be able to get all four seats in upper class ??

Your post doesnt make much sense Im afraid, so I will try and understand it...

A. When you say "Upper class" I assume you are getting confused with "Upper Deck"?

B. your first sentence does say that you have seats on the upper deck (if that's indeed what you meant) on both legs which would mean you have no problem, but I assume you left out a number in regards to the inbound and you only have some seats allocated?

C. Physical seats are not allocated specifically to award ticket holders, and no seats are specifically blocked for them, so if you cannot get specific seats it means they are either already taken, allocated for Gold/Platinum etc, allocated for Basinets etc...

Always worth trying again closer to the flight but no guaranteed.

1) Sorry upper deck
2) i was able to get 2 seats in upper deck and we are traveling 2 adults and 2 kids.

You probably want to check for seats online every few days. It could be that someone will end up canceling or moving their flight.
