tv not working

tv not working
FYI,
on my flight TLV-JFK 001, with my kids, the TV in my economy seat didn't work. doing a reset in the system didn't help either.
towards the end of the flight, i was approched by one of the FA. She told me that i was so nice not making a big issue of the problem (as some people do, she added), and she gave me a voucher for 2 cinema tickets+2 popcorn+2 drinks...
nice eh ? so now you know that they have those vouchers on board.
was it because i'm a GL ? i dont know.
on the flight back, my wife's TV didnt work... we never asked for anything, and indeed we didn't get anything

I was flying A from JFK to TLV and was alone on 2K.
After 2 hours a woman from C came with a FA and was
seated next to me at 2H for the rest of the flight.
Her TV didn't work at C and they " upgraded her to F.
So she "got" 700 points...
The power didn't work at my seat and I got 200 points
after writing a letter.
Maybe because I am a PL for many years and I payed
a lot of money for the flight?

I must add that in the end they gave me 700 points becuase of the story
about the woman that was sitting next to me.
And the FA took my computer from time to time to conect it to the power in the cockpit.
