FYI,

on my flight TLV-JFK 001, with my kids, the TV in my economy seat didn't work. doing a reset in the system didn't help either.
towards the end of the flight, i was approched by one of the FA. She told me that i was so nice not making a big issue of the problem (as some people do, she added), and she gave me a voucher for 2 cinema tickets+2 popcorn+2 drinks...
nice eh ? so now you know that they have those vouchers on board.
was it because i'm a GL ? i dont know.

on the flight back, my wife's TV didnt work... we never asked for anything, and indeed we didn't get anything
