Don't they load up the buses and schlep you back to the T-1 area in a bus to actually board from airstairs? I didn't think they boarded via jetbridge for the LCCs?

I would think all that really "matters" to the IAA is that those passengers are able to load up on duty free junk. So as long as they open up an outpost in T1, they should be fine, and can do away with the expensive and wasteful schlepping operation. Heck, they manage to run little DF kiosks in a whole ton of US terminals that have 1-4 flights a day to Canada.

As I thought.

Talking of which, the new T3 KDL was not only a vast improvement in terms of space, but also food offering.
