Some of us find TPE a valid destination, you know...
Besides, it's a cool place. Well, if you go for the hot springs it's not that type of cool, but trust me, after a visit to Royal Chiao Hsi Hotel (http://www.hrjhotel.com.tw/en/main.htm ), you will beg LY to operate flights to TPE

Basel is much cheaper to fly in/out of in relation.
Being as there is a very large Jewish community in the area (Basel, St. Louis, Strassbourg, etc.,) and the need for more seats anyhow, it doesn't seem so far fetched.
If easyjet found it profitable, there must be a good reason!

Heres One
How about a 777 to SJC. There is a pretty good Jewish community in Palo Alto and there are many office buildings such as Intel and GE around Santa Clara. SJC needs more international service and they can handle the 777.
With their new inline baggage screening system and other security measures this would be a good airport to fly out of.
