Have you rented a car from Dollar? After you pick up your car, go thru the security gate, and drive off, have you ever looked at your contract? It has lots of info on it, but what it doesn't have is...
1. A description of your vehicle
2. The license number
3. The mileage
4. The time you left
Uh, hello????????????
Maybe that's why folks pay twice as much to rent from Hertz!

Hmm...
I always rent via Fastlane. I realize they process the paperwork in advance, but still makes no sense to me that i leave without any piece of papyrus that shows the car, mileage, time out, etc.
