Favorites - anything in the tuna or similar group (such as tuna, fatty tuna (I know), bluefin tuna or yellowtail - raw or grilled - preferably raw), extremely well cooked sole, fugu (raw), uni (raw).
Least - not a big fan of eel pie (had it at J Sheeky, about the only thing I havent liked there). I had the best sole I have ever had there so no reflection on the place, just the eels

One of my least favorite foods is fish with bones... I just hate to have to work around them and have to 'think' when I chew.... yes, I know, not much of a foodie trait but its the truth...

Swordfish vs. Bluefish
Favorite is Swordfish (delicious, although some say endangered)
Least Favorite Bluefish (great fight, poor taste IMHO)

Scallops I do like a lot, with or without pasta. But a bit curious on the crayfish dislike. Would you care to elaborate? Or is it some bad experience f.ex at an Asian street kitchen?

ding ding ding ding, we have a winner.:-::-::-: For sure any fish caught by oneself and prepared within hours of catching it is going to be the winner. From mahi mahi to snapper to smallmouth bass/walleye or trout while camping/hiking^
LOVE cedar plank prep and do it at home on an every 3rd week basis, had a lake trout done on cedar plank recently, wonderful.
not easy to find in the States but we did like every barramundi prep we had in Australia.
lots of crappy/old catfish served out there, but a FRESH fried (with cornmeal in the crust) catfish, is devine !!
funny, I had the same question
My least favorite is usually the overly prepped fish loaded up with au gratin or some junk, I simply order something else if the fish is anything but simply prepared.
