Thoughtful concerns have been raised about this thread....
After due consideration, we've decided that in the interest of a) not creating an opportunity for post-padding -- intentional or not -- (barred by FT Rule 14); and b) having a thread that is not unintentionally dominated by a small number of people (giving space for other voices), going forward there will be a two-post-per 24 hours rule in place. We hope that this will give more diverse voices the opportunity to chime in.
We'll be merging or deleting posts that don't follow this rule.

To make up for a past week of Chicagoland coffee, I walked to my local cornershop to get coffee for today / this week!
Coffee with oat milk :-)
yes - did it saturday with my walker bros coffee from Monday. Just black coffee. I spent Saturday morning packing 3 more suitcases including repacking and re-weighing to stay below 50 lbs. Two pax in front of us at AS had to repack 2 overweight bags so that theyd only have a single $100 fee instead of two $100 fees. My work enabled us to avoid this. I had to hand-carry some FILM REELS (omg!) because they are hefty. Plus cleaning up the house, doing 2 loads of bed sheets so no time to go out to fetch coffee and I wont order coffee for delivery. (yes, Ive seen my home neighbors in my home city receive a Peets coffee delivery!)

You made me look up Sightglass Coffee. They have one location in the Los Angeles area. I've got to try it the next time that I'm in Hollywood.
P.S. You need to get yourself a burr coffee grinder.
