Chicagoland has some pretty damned good coffee. My favorite is
Big Shoulders Coffee.
You made me look up Sightglass Coffee. They have
one location in the Los Angeles area. I've got to try it the next time that I'm in Hollywood.
P.S. You need to get yourself a
burr coffee grinder.
