Cheapest sit-down meal on airport premises

Everyone including me is complaining about the price everthing going through the roof, but on a layover in MUC I went landside to enjoy a meal in the excellent Airbräu (https://www.munich-airport.com/airbraeu/en).

On their menu is the "Hangman's Lunch (Last Meal)" - a glass of water, a piece of dry bread, and one cigarette, for € 0.99. Being Germany, that's including service and tax, although I guess you would round up to € 1.00 out of courtesy. While I understand that this is something of a novelty menu item - is anyone aware of a cheaper sit-down meal (food and drink, not necessarily including tobacco or other addictive substances) airside or landside, on airport premises?

Dunno, tried to order it but the waiter pointed out that I already got (fresh) bread with my Bavarian platter, and that he'd give me a glass of tap water for free, to wash down the beer. And I don't smoke, so I let it go.
My guess is that (a) it's just a plain old slice of bread, and (b) nobody's actually ordered that "meal", ever.

I assume they have smoking lounges in MUC? I've been through there 4-5 times but never paid any attention. Otherwise it's like selling a starving person a can of food and throwing the can opener over a cliff.

MUC has no less than two supermarkets.
Would never need to spend on a restaurant there.

Not exactly cheaper, but if you’re hungry then much better value. At Japan’s Narita Airport, T1, there’s a McDonalds where a “Super Chicken” burger and a complimentary cup of water will cost about €1.40 (Ą240). If you’re not fussy about what you eat, then yes, an apple pie with a cup of water is about the same price €1 (Ą170)

I don’t smoke, but if I wanted to satisfy my own vices I can beat that €0.99 price with a cup of water, some soft serve ice cream and a crispy cereal cone. That costs €0.90 (Ą150)

BKK has a great semi-hidden food court underneath the arrivals area at non-tourist Bangkok street food prices. I expect you’d have quite a few options for a whole USD.
