Everyone including me is complaining about the price everthing going through the roof, but on a layover in MUC I went landside to enjoy a meal in the excellent Airbräu (
https://www.munich-airport.com/airbraeu/en).
On their menu is the "Hangman's Lunch (Last Meal)" - a glass of water, a piece of dry bread, and one cigarette, for € 0.99. Being Germany, that's including service and tax, although I guess you would round up to € 1.00 out of courtesy. While I understand that this is something of a novelty menu item - is anyone aware of a cheaper sit-down meal (food and drink, not necessarily including tobacco or other addictive substances) airside or landside, on airport premises?
