I do love me some PB&J. But I'm a crunchy natural PB kind of guy. The main brands load up their PB with tons of sugar and I can't stand it.

My big problem with peanut butter that the sugarless ones come from is that the oil separates too quickly. I try to mix between smooth and crunchy, but the oil separation (and then the difficulty in re-integrating it) is just so painful.

By the way, some time ago, you had mentioned the Shangri-La buffet in Singapore was worth trying? If so, may book my final night there and try it before flying out.

When I was there last, I found it was quite extensive and pretty good. It's not a place I would ordinarily go to while there (I prefer hawker centers for my sophisticated palette and underfunded wallet) but definitely happy I tried it.

There have been others I have tried there, but they were much smaller and different (not necessarily bad, just unexpected).
