Leftovers soup, plus homemade cornbread. Soup was made by throwing various leftovers from freezer into the pot. (pork roast, zucchini and squash, collard greens, mixed veggies, etc)

"HK style" macaroni soup with a fried egg on top. (chicken broth, macaroni, some cooked ham cut up) Desert were two oranges my neighbour gave me. Will likely get hungry later... thinking of having some cup of soup at that point.

I never even heard the name hasselhof potatoes until today! I still laugh about David hasselhof and his music popularity in Europe. I just didn’t know about his potatoes until today.

Picked up some beef and shrimp pho from our local Vietnamese restaurant. It was amazing as usual.

This place just opened in Menlo Park. If you don't want the $18 pho, there's a $22 Kung Pao chicken.
