I only reverse seared two NY Strip steaks today with side salad, and steamed broccoli.
EDIT: My brother and his family will come over tomorrow so I will make meatballs and Sunday Gravy. Stay tuned

I made fresh angel hair with chive cream sauce, finished with shaved white truffle for today’s appetizer. Followed by a smoked kurobata ham with maple bourbon glaze.

Went to the Orlando one days after they opened around this time last year.

They were quite good about coming around often & with the good cuts--not just the cheap stuff. Place was packed.

broccolini is one of my favorites! All it needs is olive oil, s&p and cooked over charcoal takes on so much flavor.

broccoli and asparagus also work that way, but broccolini with a bit of char is best.

show us more meat! :D

That is a really lovely Charcuterie layout. As for myself, fried oysters with a horseradish sauce, which is something I typically do more as an appetizer, but wasn't in the mood for something big after several days of hearty excess. :D

I wish I took some pictures - my friend brought over some of his mother’s tamales for us. My kids destroyed them and they were almost all gone before I even had one. So good!
