We hosted some friends tonight and had an omakase chef come in. My wife hired him for my birthday and it was great - didn’t disappoint again. Only have a few pictures from one of my friends, so sharing here. He did a nice job of incorporating the white alba truffles. I had some golden oscietra I needed to use so asked him to work that in as well. Wish I had pics of the Hokkaido scallops. Great evening and ending it with some Glenlivet before bed.

Really impressed with the flavors on the Primavera pizza at L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, Malta branch - I’ve had this one before, I think in Amsterdam, but the ingredients on this one - especially the stracciatella - were very tasty
