It’s cold/rainy today and chicken breast was on sale at Sprout’s, so I made my favorite one pot chicken/ginger/rice dish from NYT Dining. It stores and reheats well and pairs nicely with a homemade green sauce.

Sounds like the best part of the meal! I don't have any aunts left.

I still have two aunts left and I am blessed with it. Thankfully. Sadly I’m missing one.

the like is for also not having any aunts left. I don't want anyone to think that I woudl ever "like" a pizza with those foul green peppers on it.

Among the many pizza recipes my industrious spouse bakes is a delicious one whose topping consisting consists primarily of delicious sweet capsicum (green bell pepper). A great way to get one's daily dose of vitamin C!

Albert Szent-Györgyi isolated the chemical composition of vitamin C through that wonderful capsicum, and received the Nobel Prize. :star:
