A fancy roast. Just made one 2 nights ago. Unfortunately missing liver paté of any fowl (none available - wasn't going to spring for fatty duck liver that costs more than the whole ~ 5.5 lb tenderloin) and the store-bought puff pastry wasn't very good.

I love beef Wellington. A pub near me used to do a great one in winter but alas they now do the same sort of food as every other pub. It's pretty rare to find it anywhere here.
